Return Process

  Request a Return Authorization

  Contact our support team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our Johannesburg warehouse.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all components, including indoor/outdoor antennas, cables, power supplies, and the original manual, are securely packed in their original, undamaged packaging.

• 3.
  Ship to Bolton Technical

  Affix the RMA number clearly to the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable courier service to our designated returns department address.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the kit is complete and in original condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
